Hey, I’m Amber. Nice to meet you.
I know the process of admitting that you are in a place that you can no longer manage on your own, can be scary.
I work with both individuals and couples, guiding them through life’s challenges using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS). For couples, EFT helps deepen emotional bonds, improve communication, and create a safe space for vulnerability. For individuals, IFS provides a pathway to self-discovery by exploring the different parts of yourself that influence emotions and behaviors. My approach is warm, empathetic, and relational, with a focus on building trust, self-awareness, and lasting change—whether you're navigating personal growth or relationship difficulties.
I received my Master of Social Work degree from the University of New England, along with a certificate in Trauma-Informed Care. I specialize in helping people understand how their past experiences shape current behaviors, emotions, and patterns of thinking. I also support couples navigating conflict, parenting, stress, and major life transitions. My work is rooted in compassion and connection, with the goal of helping you feel more empowered and aligned in your life and relationships.
